ABOUT US

Bramble House is a privately run children’s home that provides residential care for children with emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties, ranging in age from 10 to 18 years old. Our approach to the care of children in Bramble House aims to meet the standards under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care Act (Wales) 2016, thereby promoting positive welfare, health and education outcomes for the children and young people, and reducing risks to their welfare and safety.

Children may be placed at Bramble House for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Children and young people from broken homes.
  • Children with emotional or behavioural difficulties.
  • Children who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect.
  • Children vulnerable to gangs and exploitation.
  • Children vulnerable to radicalisation and extremism.
  • Children with drug and alcohol problems.
  • Children with Epilepsy.
  • Children with Autism and Asperger’s.
  • Children with Learning Difficulties.
